This leather showcases unique creases, marks, and lines as you wear it, documenting every adventure. Set on our traditional bouncing AirWair™ sole and secured with a yellow Goodyear welt stitch. The Adrian, first made in the 70s, combines mod - style smartness with Dr Martens' high - level durability. Carrara leather develops a unique patina over time. Our Goodyear - welted lines are heat - sealed at 700 C and reinforced with a signature stitch. Made at the original Dr. Martens Cobbs Lane factory, it hit the streets in 1980. With a double tassel and kiltie fringe, it's a unisex classic. It's a Goodyear Welted slip - on, with upper and sole sewn together in a heat - sealed z - welt stitch. The AirWair™ sole is oil and fat resistant, with good abrasion and slip resistance. It's made of our durable Smooth leather with a soft sheen.
