These Dr Martens 1461 shoes are great for everyday wear. Just put them on like any normal shoes. When it comes to maintenance, keep an eye on dirt. If you notice dirt on the smooth leather, grab a damp cloth and gently clean it off. Let the shoes dry completely before applying the right colored wax - based shoe polish to make them look shiny again. Since they're Goodyear - welted, they're quite durable, but try not to expose them to extreme conditions for a long time to keep them in good shape.
